This is where everything gets started.  This is where you setup your farm(s) / field(s), land owners, yearly crop acreage for each farm / field and store an image of your farm / field. 

The information you can store for a Farm / Field Information Tab consists of:

• The legal address
• Land owner
• Land Ownership (Share crop, Rent or Farmer Owned)
• Total Acres
• Soil Type

The Landowner Tab is used to store basic contact information for each land owner you may have.  The land owners you enter into this section can be associated to a farm / field.  By using this tab you can then generate reports based on a landowner.  This allows you to send reports to each of your landowners to inform them on how their farm(s)/field(s) performed.

In the Yearly Crop Acreage Tab you are able to store how many acres of a crop you plant for a specific year.  This amount is used for calculating your production for the year for that crop.  You can also store how many non-crop acres (i.e. waterways, ditches, etc.) you have on a farm / field for a specific year.

The Map Tab is used to store a basic ASCS digital image of your farm / field.  This is for reference only.
